Legend of Abbreviations Used

• File: A unique number given to each property for filing purposes.
• Area: The geographical area where the property is located.
• Description: A short description of the property. For more details, send for a brochure using the file number.
• Acres: The total size of the property.
• Price: The seller's asking price (often negotiable).
• Down: The amount that the seller wants as a down payment.
  • %: A percentage of the selling price.
  • Zero: No down payment is required.
  • Trade: The seller will consider taking something in trade as a down payment.
  • Submit: The seller will consider an amount you offer as a down payment.
  • Cash: The seller requires the full amount of the selling price.
• Home: Shows whether there is a home or other structure on the property.
• CCR (Covenants, Codes or Restrictions): Shows whether there are restrictions as to use of the property.
• Water: Shows whether there are streams, lakes or waterfront on the property.
• Road: Shows whether there is a road going to the property.
• Utilities: Shows what kinds of utility services are provided to the property.
